Kevin S. Wilson has been Heska's Chief Executive Officer and President since March 31, 2014. He previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2013. Mr. Wilson is a founder, member and officer of Cuattro, LLC. Shai Gozani, founded NeuroMetrix, Inc. in 1996 as a spin-off from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors and as our President and Chief Executive Officer. Jay Kranzler has been a Founder, CEO, Board Member, and Advisor to leading life science companies for over 30 years. He is currently acting as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Perception Neuroscience, Acting Chief Medical Officer of Pastorus, Board Member of Pastorus, Avenue Pharmaceuticals, and ImmunoBrain Checkpoint, and Advisor to small and large companies in the pharma/ biotech space. After Cytel, Dr. Kranzler became Chief Executive Officer of Cypress Bioscience (formerly IMRE Corporation) where he was credited for the development of Savella™ (milnacipran) for the treatment of fibromyalgia, and Karuna Pharmaceuticals, focusing on the treatment of Schizophrenia.

Most recently, Greg was the Chairman, President and CEO of BARRX Medical, where he guided the company to a successful sale to a strategic partner. Prior to joining BARRX, Greg served as President and CEO of ACMI Corporation, Group Executive Vice President at Boston Scientific Corporation, and he has held positions as Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing at both Orthofix Corporation and Baxter Healthcare. He also spent 13 years at C.R. Bard Corporation, where he finished his tenure as Vice President of Marketing in the Cardiosurgery Division. Greg sits on the Board of BaroSense, Inc. and Cutera, Inc.
