Pros of working at OVATION

Working at Ovation would be a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment. It would allow me to develop my communication and teamwork skills, learn more about workplace expectations, and contribute to a supportive team. I’m also excited about the chance to grow my confidence and build valuable experience alongside my studies.

Cons of working at OVATION

As a student, one possible challenge of working at Ovation could be managing time effectively, especially during busy study periods. Additionally, adjusting to the physical demands or fast-paced nature of the work might take some time. However, I see these as opportunities to build resilience, improve time management, and gain valuable real world experience.

What I appreciate most about the CEO and leadership team is their clear communication and supportive approach. They seem to value their staff, encourage teamwork, and create a positive environment where everyone feels motivated to do their best.

To make it even better, I would suggest creating more opportunities for staff to connect such as team-building activities or casual catch ups.
