Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
What you will do in this role:
Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
WEEKEND DAY (Sat/Sun 7a - 7p); incentive pay; high energy 24 bed unit; grow skills in a critical care environment; exposure to broad spectrum of acute & complex medical conditions; engaged & supportive leaders in a nurturing environment.
What qualifications you will need:
Graduate of school of nursing required.
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.

Overland Park Regional Medical Center is a 340+ bed facility offering acute medical services to our patients. We are Johnson Countys only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Level II Trauma Center. We have an Accredited Stroke and Chest Pain Center. Our hospital is a premier area destination for Women's & Childrens healthcare services. We offer the regions only Maternal Fetal Health Center to care for critically ill mothers and their babies. Our hospital has an antepartum unit, a labor and delivery unit, and a Level III NICU. We have four emergency rooms, including a dedicated Pediatric emergency room and two freestanding ERs located in Olathe and Shawnee. Each year our colleagues treat over 45,000 patients. Job Summary and Qualifications
The role of the Registered Nurse is to perform patient care under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager. The Registered nurse provides therapeutic and administrative services necessary for the care of the patient, and in support of the mission of Overland Park Regional Medical Center. The Registered Nurse in this department provides care for adult patients between 18 to 64 years and geriatric patients 65 years and older.
PRN - position will support Infusion, Gyn Oncology & Med Oncology Clinic. Schedule will be flexible ; 2-3 days per week; 7:30a - 6pm.
What qualifications you will need:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with either an ADN or BSN degree.
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. BLS is required upon hire.
Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Card from Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) preferred within first 6 months of hire; required within first year of hire.
Certified Oncology Nurse (OCN) from Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) preferred.
Prior experience in a similarly sized facility with similar services provided is preferred.
Previous emergency, pre-hospital or critical care preferred. Previous oncology experience strongly preferred.

What you will do in this role:
Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Recommends and implements courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization.
Assists with staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The role of the Registered Nurse is to perform patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Director. The role of the Charge Nurse is to supervise patient care administered by RNs, PCT, PCAs, Techs, and Secretary. The Charge Nurse provides therapeutic and administrative services necessary for the care of the patient, and in support of the mission of Menorah Medical Center. The Charge Nurse provides care for newborn/pediatric patients between 2 weeks to 11 years of age; adolescent patients between 12 to 17 years of age; adult patients between 18 to 64 years; and geriatric patients 65 years and older.

Responsible for gathering health histories, appropriate orders, results and medication lists. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinic Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our healthcare team at Neodesha Family Medicine. Job Summary and Qualifications
The CDU Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The CDU RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.
About this unit:
The Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) is designated 12-bed short-stay unit specifically for observation patients.
Patients will be moved and monitored in the CDU post-operatively or when further medical evaluation is necessary to determine treatment plan.
Unit will include Patient Care Techs, RNs, CNCs and Manager.
What you will do in this role:
Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response.
Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
What qualifications you will need:
Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
