The perfect fit for this role is someone who has experience with firearms and ammunition, and who is passionate about using his or her knowledge to serve fellow shooters looking for the right buy. To this end, knowledge of firearms and ammunition is required for this job. We have full and part time positions available, both of which receive paid time off. Full time employees are eligible to participate in the company's health insurance plan. Compensation starts at $14-$16 per hour based on knowledge and experience. Job Summary: Ensures daily functions and procedures of warehouse, distribution and shipping run smoothly and efficiently. Essential Job Functions: * Responsible for moving, stocking, receiving, and packing warehouse merchandise. * Assists in inventory counts. * Operates warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks. * Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations. * Responsible for general cleanliness of the warehouse. * Ensures paperwork is properly filed. * Performs work under direct supervision. * Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health Safety and Environmental team member * Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals * Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: * 0-3 years Warehouse experience required. * Must have basic computer and technological skills. * Ability to work independently, manage time and prioritize projects. * Ability to operate Scales, Computers, Hoists, Printers, Scissor lifts, Hand trucks, Wrap machines, Forklift and Pallet Jack * Must have proficient computer and technological skills (NetSuite and RF-Smart) * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form * Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups * Must have analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Core Competencies: * Ensures Accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. * Instills Trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. * Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. * Demonstrates Self Awareness - Using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.
