This critical position will own the assembly of our Rosin presses in addition to pulling together and packaging all products for shipment. SUMMARY: The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of order fulfillment from our warehouse in Arvada, CO to customers both domestic and international. Daily duties include reading and understanding invoices that detail parts to be packed, pulling those parts, and packing them carefully in boxes or on pallets. Pay Rate - $21.50 Benefits - Eligible for PTO, Paid Holidays and Health Insurance The primary focus of the Warehouse II role is movement of product within the warehouse. In addition, this role will serve as back-up delivery driver for non-CDL trucks. This is a general labor position that will prioritize and pick product to fill orders, and physically move and lift product weighing as much as 150 pounds. * Load and unload delivery trucks - Lifting products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Handling of tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) greater than approximately 50 pounds. * Designate and organize the warehouse stock by product line and by physical alignment, allowing sufficient space for overflow * Perform periodic facilities maintenance and/or custodial / housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning parking lot, loading dock and area surrounding building; keeping floors clear of debris, maintaining bathrooms and assisting in daily closing down of warehouse * Compile and submit regular reports of damaged, outdated stock or supplies, over and under shipments, return of products to vendor, etc. and segregate defective product from normal flow of inventory * Prioritize and pick material to fill orders and stage product for loading * Assist in verifying all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy in terms of amount, size and type, informing management of inventory and supply shortages as well as assisting in actual periodic inventory counts * Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) in a safe manner and maintain an operator license, if required. * Assist in administrative tasks, such as the handling and preparation of paperwork. May assist in the daily closing of the warehouse. Responsibilities include filling customer orders for warehouse merchandise in a timely and efficient manner in compliance with established safety and production standards. The order selector is responsible for the accurate identification, selection and transfer of product to the appropriate loading area. Emphasis is on safety, accuracy; damage control and overall warehouse cleanliness. Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Receives, stores, and/or selects various grocery, perishable, and general merchandise products or supplies from warehouse stock. Transports product throughout the warehouse via pallet jack of forklift. Works in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures. Assists other departments with work activities when required. Promotes good working relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly manner. Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage. Ensures the correct labels are on the correct pallet. Job Requirements: 18 years of age or older required. High school diploma desired. Warehouse and/or pallet jack experience preferred. Previous order selection, warehouse experience such as shipping or receiving, or experience in a physically demanding position is preferred. Ability and willingness to consent to background check, drug screen, and physical capacities test. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds as well as frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
