Summary/objective The warehouse employee is responsible for always providing excellent customer service. Responsible for loading customer's flooring purchases either by forklift or by hand, as needed. Offload and receive product into the inventory system, then call/email customers in a timely manner upon its arrival. Complete pick up and receive paperwork accurately, and tag products and pallets accordingly. Perform weekly cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory. Store maintenance and cleaning, including maintaining an organized and clean warehouse, showroom, and property. Receive deliveries from vendors and Warehouses. Offloading trucks as they arrive. .
