Being able to work from home, though that is specifically due to covid.

Cons of working at Overstock.com

Since the CEO stepped down and the new one took his place, the company's direction has been less about the customer/client and more about block chain, medici, and cryto-currency. Most stand up meetings are just babbling about those 3 things without explaining what they are or its relevance to the bulk of the company that is attending.
