I like what the company stands for. The care the company takes over the well being of the employees.
The company says it hires within, but it searches and hires outside more often.
The care the company is taking over the COVID situation
Being able to work from home, though that is specifically due to covid.
Since the CEO stepped down and the new one took his place, the company's direction has been less about the customer/client and more about block chain, medici, and cryto-currency. Most stand up meetings are just babbling about those 3 things without explaining what they are or its relevance to the bulk of the company that is attending.
Working from the safety and comfort of my own home.
