Receiving requests for quote and replying in timely matter Placing purchase orders based upon requisitions/MRP notification and entering orders into the computer Planning jobs including breaking down a bill of material and building it the MRP system Bidding product lines to ensure most competitive pricing and delivery, while maintaining quality Expediting purchase orders, ensuring supplier deliveries are on time and that all generated reports reflect current and accurate dates and information. Ensuring that all delivered commodities meet company standards and are of good quality and negotiating with suppliers on replacement of materials not conforming to company. As Product Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your product line, working within a cross‑functional team environment that includes Engineering, Project Management, and Marketing. Responsibilities may include travel to lab sites, experiment design, sampling, data analysis, and report preparation support. Maintain preventative maintenance records. * Measure, cut and bend wire and conduit using multiple hand tools. * Repair and replace switches, fuses, controls, and other electrical hardware. * Notify supervisor of any irregularities or malfunctions by established procedures. * Troubleshoot equipment and replace or repair defective components. * Assist other maintenance technicians or engineers. * Coordinate area activities with central maintenance shop. * Train other crafts persons as assigned. * Observe all safety rules. * Maintain a clean work area and return all tools, unused materials and written references to designated locations. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED required or applicable education from a trade or technical school in industrial electrical maintenance may qualify for part of experience requirement. * Five (5) years electrical craft experience, three (3) of which must be in industrial electrical maintenance. About the role: As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will provide technical support for electrical control systems and 13.8kV to 480VAC infrastructure at a facility specializing in chemical extraction process and zirconium manufacturing. You will have a unique opportunity to lead and support projects in heavy industrial setting including chemical extraction, ingot melting and metal forming processes You will report to the Senior Manager of Engineering and be located at Ogden, UT. You will support this role 100% onsite Key Responsibilities: * Provide direct, daily technical engineering support and leadership for electrical systems, instrumentation and controls for plant processing equipment, plant operations and maintenance. * Develop electrical drawings including 1-line, layout, schematics drawings, specification of new equipment, electrical distribution systems, instrumentation, and control systems. Responsibilities include design development, leading design teams, overseeing and coordinating installation, fabrication, testing and qualification of new equipment or systems. * Develop test plans to ensure operation of systems and validation of system designs. * Establish maintenance requirements for new equipment by following manufacturer's recommendations and instructions and performing engineering analyses to justify changes. * Ensure compliance to safety and regulatory requirements for plant and equipment electrical and control systems. * Conduct failure analyses and identify causes of failures in systems and recommend resolutions. * Prepare technical reports and presentations to support plant activities and new projects. * Analyze and recommend use of technological innovations in industrial and process controls for mechanical equipment and chemical processes to solve complex manufacturing problems. * Analyze and make proposals for new business opportunities and implement strategic plans. Qualifications: * B.S. in Electrical Engineering from accredit institution, courses in power system distribution * Minimum 5 Years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant or consulting firm specialized in heavy industry design/construction * Project management skills using Microsoft Project * Teamwork skills working across all levels of an organization * Working knowledge of ISA, IEEE, NEC, NEMA and NFPA electrical codes and standards * AutoCAD skill We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
