Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee electrical installations on commercial and multifamily construction projects
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper layout and installation
Supervise and support journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on site
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local and national electrical codes
Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, quality, and efficiency
Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Florida journeyman or master electrician license (preferred)

Essential Functions:
Install and set electrical switchgear, panels, controllers, wireways, and trays with speed and precision in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
Rapidly interpret electrical drawings and schematics to maintain production flow and meet daily build targets
Execute electrical conduit and wiring installations on modular chiller systems efficiently, minimizing assembly line downtime
Perform high and low voltage terminations quickly and accurately to keep pace with production schedules
Construct electrical supports and infrastructure while adhering to tight assembly timelines
Maintain organized electrical tool room to ensure zero delays in parts/tool availability for production
Provide immediate troubleshooting of electrical tools, welders, and grinders to prevent production bottlenecks
Source and procure replacement electrical parts rapidly to maintain continuous production flow

Work Environment
This position operates in a high-volume fabrication facility with rapid production cycles. While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in a fast-paced assembly line setting and is sometimes exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This role requires maintaining focus and quality while working at production speed.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 4+ years of verifiable commercial or industrial electrical installation, preferably with experience in manufacturing or production environments
Proven track record of working efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced settings
Knowledge concerning transformers, LVMCC, HVMCC, etc.
Strong working understanding of the National Electrical Code
Experience meeting production quotas and quality standards simultaneously
Working knowledge of the NFPA 70e and a strong focus on electrical safety
Journeyman or Masters License highly preferred
Preferred Education and Experience
5+ years of verifiable commercial or industrial electrical installation
Verifiable active Journeyman or Master Electrical License.

Manage the day-to-day electrical maintenance needs of the plant including reactive and scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment, machinery and processes are in working order and performing as needed.
Train, coach, and develop Planning and Scheduling staff to perform at high levels to increase maintenance resource safety performance, skills set, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and train electrical maintenance staff and verify work is being done safely, correctly, and efficiently
Review electrical maintenance staff work schedule with Maintenance Planner
Oversee renovations, installations, additions, and replacements of equipment and facilities
Manage contractor billing, G/L codes, accounting accuracy, and bid process of all repair/maintenance projects and all assigned capital projects; ensure accurate completion of project forms
Estimate budget of capital projects for electrical crew
Work with Maintenance Planner on organization of parts and updating parts inventory
Work with Reliability Engineering staff on both tactical and strategic reliability efforts
Plan and manage major downtime
Work with production supervisors on root cause and downtime issues
Monitor, update, and improve preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM)
Manage the Facilities HVAC automation system
Work with outside contractors on planned work and on safety/environmental required PM's, specifically industrial burners and HVAC
Monitor and improve metrics
Provide onsite expertise
Develop and update work procedures
Participate in all safety programs to help reduce accidents throughout the plant
Sit on and participate in meetings, teams, and training seminars
All other duties and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED minimally required
Postsecondary degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) OR completion of apprenticeship program from accredited institution/organization
3+ years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in an industrial plant
3+ years of previous supervisory experience
Technical proficiency with MS Office and CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)
Previous experience working with PLC's (programmable logic controllers), i.e. Wonderware
Aptitude to read, write, understand, and follow technical instructions and drawings; ability to read and understand blueprints
Strong understanding of workplace safety rules and regulations such as LOTO and confined space
Broad knowledge of maintenance concepts and techniques, including instrumentation, electrical distribution, variable frequency drives (VFDs), robotics
Flexibility to be on call 24/7 for emergencies

Compensation Information:
Salary Range: $95,946 to $158,222. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive plan which is determined by the achievement of strategic objectives. The market rate for the role is typically at the midpoint of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as candidate qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

• Plan and install equipment, wire, conduit, cable tray, and cable in industrial equipment buildings • Team leader • Work hours: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm Responsibilities: • Reading and interpreting wiring & layout drawings and specifications • Familiarity with NEC code o Ability to size wire, conduit, transformers, fuses, breakers, etc.
• Connecting cables and wires according to specifications & drawings
• Inspecting electrical components to meet specifications
• Identifying parts and equipment with tags, familiarity with wire colors and sizes
• Using hand tools and power tools for all assembly operations, including conduit bending, threading, wire terminations, and assembly
• Installing cable tray systems and conduits for general purpose and hazardous locations. o Familiarity with hazardous location fittings, components, and parts
• Installing power distribution equipment (MCC, Switchgear, Transfer Switch, Power panels, etc.)
• Using knowledge and ability to power up systems during customer check out
Requirements:
• Journeyman Electrician
• Good understanding of electrical circuits from low voltage to medium voltage equipment
• Good understanding of single line drawings, wiring diagrams & schematics.
• Must be able to size wire, transformers, breakers, disconnects, etc.
• Must be familiar with commercial and industrial wiring practices (including hazardous location)
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of NEC practices
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
Salary: $20 or higher / hour depending on experience
