Working closely together with his/her peers and the OC functional matrix (business leadership, Strategic marketing, S&T, Product Engineer, SC, CST & Operations), the Strategic Key Account Manager, defines & executes a Key account strategy for the accounts of his/her portfolio, in accordance with the short, medium and long-term business objectives. Program location

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process and process improvement activities -
The project lead is to work within the broader project management team to coordinate cost control, contract administration, construction site representation, expediting, scheduling and other project support roles that are typically filled by contract employees, that may be shared in support of multiple projects.
Enable, enhance, and communicate standard processes utilized in capital delivery.
Coordinates with Global Capital Delivery Leaders to align and implement standard procedures to ensure projects meet IP and SOX guidelines and corporate policy.
Assists the Project Management Leader to provide tracking of current, and long-range planning of major capital projects in collaboration within the business stakeholders.
Actively participates with the project management team to provide a process of maintaining and accessing key learnings on all projects for evaluation and use as reference on future projects.
Ensures TPM EM process are considered in all projects and participates in TPM training activities.
Completes all required regulatory training.
Engage in PM training (CURT, PMI, RPM, etc.) as needed.
Provides project management of capital projects and ensures metrics are defined and met -
Provide Leadership in support of conceptualizing capital solutions and methods to meet business objectives in collaboration with Business Stakeholders and area experts.
Develop project team and Lead resources, in collaboration with Plants, Engineering, Environment/Health/Safety, Global Sourcing, vendors, engineering firms and other parties as necessary to define, estimate and safely execute all phases of a project through close out of the project.
Accountable for delivering the project per the established metrics.
Ensure all phases of the project are executed per the prescribed capital delivery process and according to Corporate Policy.
Track and report progress of the project against established metrics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical preferred), Construction Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Capital Projects in support of Manufacturing
Background in manufacturing operations and/or design engineering
Gated process engineering design/project experience
This position requires 30-50% travel. Travel may be domestic or international depending on plant location.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera scheduling tools

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a trusted legal advisor and business partner
* Continuously builds an intimate knowledge of our Company, including internal structures, business strategies, and goals to ensure that all guidance is provided within an appropriate context.
* Develops training, guidance materials and tools for the Human Resource professionals that builds capacity and competency allowing them to be effective decision makers in their roles.
* Communicates legal and compliance issues and strategy to leaders in a timely and effective way and advises business leaders on mitigation strategies.
* Inspires teamwork across all functions and business groups to maximize the performance of Owens Corning and the development of its valuable employees.
* Establishes employment law strategy that ensures compliance with policies and laws across all business units and functions, while enabling quick and effective decisions regarding OC employees. Execution on this strategy includes ensuring ADA, FLSA, EEOC, NLRA, FMLA and ERISA compliance.
Provide creative and practical solutions to drive enterprise strategy
* Advises and counsels business partners on a broad spectrum of employment law issues and projects including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, leaves of absence and accommodations, wage and hour, internal investigations, compensation and benefits, reorganization, privacy, contingent workforce issues, and immigration.
* Supports the VP and Assistant General Counsel in managing risk within the defined scope of responsibility. This includes early proactive involvement with stakeholders to assess risk in potential disputes and advising on strategic alternatives. When appropriate, this may also include effectively managing outside counsel on employment matters and litigation, ensuring they understand and execute on actions needed for OC success. This includes:
* Conducting factual investigations and witness interviews
* Overseeing discovery coordination and production
* Preparing for and representing the Company at legal proceedings
* Advising Company management and stakeholders as to the anticipated legal risk and other consequences of instituting, prosecuting and defending lawsuits
* Negotiating case settlements
* Oversees and actively engages in investigation and response to claims, demand letters, administrative complaints (EEOC, state FEP, and other), audits, and other employment-related inquiries.
* Supports the Company's growth initiatives by taking a lead role on all employment issues relating to M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration issues in partnership with Human Resources leadership.
Partner with Human Resources to enable the business strategy and talent agenda, while ensuring employment law compliance
* Ensures Human Resources is supported on matters related to FMLA, performance management, employee handbooks, background screens, and FLSA matters.
* Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and organizes, executes, and manages projects with a team-oriented approach.
* Builds relationships of complete candor and trust with the Human Resources Business Partners.
* Responsible for ensuring business groups avoid legal surprises and that leaders are fully briefed on all relevant legal issues (such as upcoming changes to existing employment laws).
* Enables the Owens Corning performance management and talent agenda through advice that is meaningful, mitigates risk and provides alternatives that allow business objectives to be met.

* Develops strong relationships with Human Resource partners, see issues through their lens.
* Approaches issues with an enterprise first perspective that ensures we always serve the company's needs.

* Evaluates policies, handbooks, and processes to ensure compliance and educates business partners on appropriate information; maintains best in class templates that increase efficiency.
* Drafts and reviews employment-related agreements, advises business partners on executing agreements in a manner that reduces risk to Owens Corning.
* Develops and conducts internal training and education presentations and materials.
* Maintain a no surprises mindset on outside legal spend. Tracks spend to budget.
* Develops a reputation for the employment law team as being uniquely skilled at working with partners at all levels and building capabilities across the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 10+ years of experience working as an employment law attorney, preferably in a law firm followed by an in-house role.
* Juris Doctorate and Bar Membership in at least one state required.

Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Steel Marion, Inc. is seeking to fill the role of Environmental Engineer. The role consists of but is not limited to working in all areas of the plant site, managing the air, water, and waste compliance programs and interacting with other departments within the division as well as with governmental agencies and NGOs, including ISO 14001 audits. Assists in the development and preparation of applications, registrations, etc. for air quality authorizations, which may include PBRs, PSD and Title V permits. Submits required environmental/EHS reports to agencies including but not limited to: Air Emissions Inventory, semiannual Title V deviation reports, Annual Waste Summary, Toxic Release Inventory (TRI), discharge monitoring reports (DMRs), Risk Management Plans (RMP). Leads small scale environmental capital projects for the facility. Solves environmental problems relating to water and air pollution, waste disposal, and process safety. May conduct periodic audits of waste disposal facilities and other sister locations to assure compliance. This position reports to the Environmental Manager or Environmental Supervisor.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications:
4-year degree in Engineering, Environmental or other related science, or equivalent work experience in a technical-related field.
2-5 years of environmental, health or safety compliance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in utilizing computer resources to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
ISO 14001 experience
Knowledge of the steel industry
