Title: Key Account Manager PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Key Account Manager for Technical Insulation will be responsible will be accountable for ensuring profitable growth of select strategic accounts (Key Accounts) including Key Growth Accounts (KGAs). This position reports to the Channel & Service Excellence Leader. This position will be responsible for local support, strategy and commercial leadership of strategic direct customers located in the region to deliver growth objectives.
The successful candidate must possess the ability to think strategically, have a proven track record of complex account management and demonstrate progressive thinking to anticipate the impact of changes in the competitive landscape (including macro market factors) and the supply chain.
This role will support strategy implementation with focus on North America. Strong planning & organizing skills, the ability to communicate effectively, build relationships and work well in a highly matrixed organization are essential.
Reports to: Channel & Service Excellence Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with customers and key business constituents, to understand and communicate risks and opportunities facing both Owens Corning & customers.
* Lead efforts at Key Growth Accounts to identify differential value projects and work with a cross functional Owens Corning and customer team to deliver differential value and leverage that value to gain increase in gross margin and share of wallet from the customers.
* Lead the Owens Corning team during the negotiation and implementation of pricing agreements and strategic supply contracts.
* Deliver key sales objectives in support of the overall business objectives: including EBIT, revenue and volume targets.
* Identify and align on value opportunities with a focus on value chain / Total Cost Out Framework with strategic customers.
* Build relationships throughout the customer's organization that are 'Broad and Deep': (Leadership, Commercial team, Business Development, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing)
* Understand thoroughly the strategy of other key customers, including but not limited to:
* Growth goals (acquisitions, market growth)
* New applications
* Own the development of key account communication & plans, coordinating with local Owens Corning regional sales and business partners around the globe.
* Forecasting of product and regional locations demand to optimize margins and provide visibility to forecast accuracy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Minimum 3 years of previous commercial experience; 5- 7 years (preferred)

What does a Territory SalesManager do at Rinnai?

What You'll Do
Drive new business development efforts, cultivating relationships with enterprise prospects and strategic accounts.
Own and expand high‑value ICP inbound opportunities and priority enterprise targets.
Lead account mapping and multi‑threaded pursuit strategies to drive enterprise penetration.
Build and nurture strong champions across client organizations-including influential stakeholders and C‑suite executives-to accelerate deal velocity and ensure long‑term account growth.
Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast performance, and guide decision‑making.
Maintain consistent and proactive communication throughout the entire sales cycle.
Monitor and synthesize industry trends to inform go‑to‑market strategy in a dynamic, competitive landscape.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a strong preference for SaaS and platforms in EHNS, business insights, or risk management.
Proven success in selling into operations and safety functions at large enterprises-ideally within the Fortune 500.
Deep expertise in account mapping, enterprise deal strategy, and multi‑threaded stakeholder engagement.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce and data‑driven sales execution.
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
