PURPOSE OF THE JOB The purpose of the Packaging Attendant (Wrapper, Palletizer, Robot) Technician position is to operate, adjust and clean the wrapper, palletizer equipment, and printing and labeling equipment. This position is also directly responsible for maintaining a supply of packaging materials. The target of this position is to provide correctly packaged material which is sealed, shrunk and palletized correctly in order to reduce waste and cost.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Comply with all safety and plant requirements individually and hold other team members to the same high standards of safety
* Participates in the safety, quality, autonomous maintenance, TPM, 5's and housekeeping programs as established within the plant
* Clean, inspect and adjust packaging equipment
* Visually inspect materials and remove defective materials
* Apply product identifications and codes
* Repair or report problems to supervisor
* When directed perform line break activities
* Avoid any problems leading to scrap or seconds and direct/assist with rewraps to meet quality standards for packaging
* Production recording of downtime and slow time events
* Clear jams at palletizer and accumulating conveyors
* When directed provide Front End breaks
* Perform all shutdown and start up activities as directed
* Isolate and communicate defective product (seconds)
* Help stack off seconds as needed and work with other Front-End personnel to keep entire Front End running smoothly
* Notify Team Leaders of equipment problems requiring work notifications and tags
* Use down time to clean and organize Front End area

Monitor, Inspect, and test process functions, product, and materials daily at all stages to ensure our products meet or exceed industry standards.
Record and log all test data per production process and report weekly to the plant manager.
Create and implement quality control plans or guidelines as assigned.
Oversee all aspects of Quality Control including overall implementation of the quality program and provide support as needed to the key personnel who manage the processes.
Daily reviews of key metrics to ensure budgeted objectives are being met. Interpret information and coordinate any required changes or new directives with employees.
Review daily production statistics and ensure implementation of measures for continuous improvement in safety, quality, efficiency, and preventive loss.

Essential Functions
Manage and direct multiple 3rd party design firms working towards Issued for Construction Drawings for Electrical, Civil, and Structural designs.
Coordinate and lead design reviews at each design milestone. Design reviews will likely include the owner, CSI, and 3rd party personnel.
Perform the overall coordination and integration of technical activities in engineering projects and services. Direct and review project designs and technology integration.
Work with project managers to facilitate design understanding as the start of construction occurs. Ensure there is understanding of the intent of the design and how the design will be audited throughout the construction phase.
Seek opportunities to add value to the project. Perform economic analysis/value engineering to determine cost-effective solutions and prepare written recommendations. Ensure value engineering is incorporated into future designs.
Manage 3rd party engineering resources to ensure deadlines are met, and the construction team has the necessary engineering information to produce a quality project on schedule.
Maintain and manage engineering schedules and budgets to meet the requirements of the project. Possess a full understanding of time and resource management to achieve the results needed for project deadlines.
Review and facilitate approval of materials to be used on the project by attaining Engineer of Record approvals or other resources available.
Ensure takeoffs are complete and accurate for material procurement.
Nurture and maintain key professional relationships with utilities, owners, engineering firms, energy subject matter experts, and others.
Coordinate, lead, and document regularly scheduled calls between applicable parties.
Assure projects are designed and constructed according to all applicable safety standards, including ASTM, NESC, NEC, NFPA, etc.

Essential Functions
Understand and follow CSI policies and procedures and assist with the following:

OVERVIEW
TEC Building Systems is seeking a Level 1 IT Technician to join our growing team. The Project Engineer will work with an existing project team, involved in current construction projects. The Project Engineer will assist a Project Manager and continue their development under the direction of CSI. Essential Functions
Understand and follow CSI policies and procedures and assist with the following:
Managing document control and drawings
Obtaining necessary permits
Electrical take-offs and project estimating
Preparing submittals and shop drawings, and reviewing quoted items and commodities
Managing RFI logs and reviewing RFIs for cost impact
Managing POs, vendor tracking, and releases
Preparing project budgets for internal tracking and maintaining constant understanding of costs and
budget thresholds
Estimating small jobs and change orders, completing and maintaining change order estimates and
logs, and tracking and pricing EWOs
Working with the lighting department on an as-needed basis to manage light fixtures, controls, and
switchgear tracking logs
Working with the pre-fab department on an as-needed basis
Providing field foremen with information, material tracking, and other administrative functions
Summarizing and tracking time and material paperwork
Taking ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
Managing and tracking subcontractors
Preparing reports and schedule review for Project Reviews
Performing job closeouts and O&Ms
About You:
Qualifications
Estimating experience: Accubid preferred
High School Diploma or the equivalent
AA/BS in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering (or soon to graduate) (*)
Minimum of one year in the electrical construction trade, with a strong knowledge of construction
sequencing, construction methods, and materials practices; including knowledge of electrical systems (*)
LEED AP and OSHA 30 certification desired, but not mandatory
(*) Can be a combination of trade, education, and relevant work experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and BlueBeam
Proactive attitude, showing initiative and the ability to work independently
Ability to read and understand Architectural Structural Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing drawings
Knowledge of, and compliance with, all electrical codes, Local Union Labor Agreements, and State

The primary responsibility of the Inventory Coordinator is to assist in inventory management while working with sales, material handlers, workflow, and operations departments to ensure accuracy in counts and flow of product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work with material handlers and quality departments as needed to verify received items for correct amount and specifications
· Perform planned and unplanned cycle counts; spot accuracy checks including quantity, lot, and location confirmations
· Create cycle count and scrap entries as required to eliminate inventory
· Assist in investigation and resolution of inventory issues or discrepancies, including researching inventory transactions
· Report on counts and metrics, including KPI's as determined by management
· Assist with returns from customers and returns to suppliers
· Monitor the segregation and staging of nonconforming material until disposition
· Assist with inventory control to help ensure appropriate amounts are in place and available for shipment
· Understand how technology is used for scanning and putting away products (quantities and location accuracy)
· Coordinate with team members to ensure order fulfillment accuracy
· Coordinate with various departments on any potential production issues or needs
· Maintain a safe and clean working environment

PURPOSE OF THE JOB The primary objective of the Quality Control Inspector position is to perform testing and recording to ensure quality standards are maintained in raw and finished product. Interfaces with appropriate plant employees to provide process and quality control information.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Comply with all safety and plant requirements individually and hold other team members to the same high standards of safety
* Participates in the safety, quality, autonomous maintenance training, TPM, 5's and housekeeping programs as established within the plant
* Perform quality and mechanical testing for finish goods
* Perform first article inspections on startups, breaks, and product changes
* Communicate lab results for process changes and improvements and online changes. @ Scrub data, weight info, test runs, process upsets, etc.
* Keep logs of tests as well as build a data base, learn how, why and when to interpret and apply the data as it applies to the manufacturing process
* Test raw materials periodically to ensure specifications are in compliance - filler, sand, granules
* Perform layered process audits to help analyze process upsets
* Basic understanding of the process equipment used in this facility
* Be responsible for visually checking and keeping lab equipment in the correct working condition. Keep production quality equipment area clean. Monitor inventory of lab materials
* Collect and prepare routine and ADHOC samples for shipment, (Bundles, Asphalt, filler, sand, etc.)
* Perform verification checks on lab equipment
* Perform re-evaluation as needed on in accurate data
* Update and maintain quality hold log
* Train other employees in lab tasks, and other lab activities as directed by Quality and Tech Leader
