Key Responsibilities of Shuttle Drivers:
Safely transports up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices
Greets each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage
Provides pleasant customer service
Demonstrates knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
Cooperates with all team members to provide the best possible service
Complies with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Shuttle Drivers:
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school education or equivalent
Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
Clean driving record
Currently holds, or is able to obtain, applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle
Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations
Able to read and speak the English language sufficiently (DOT Requirement)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage

Responsibilities
Safely transport clients to scheduled appointments, programs, and community activities.
Communicate kindly and professionally with clients at all times.
Stay aware of client schedule changes and report updates to the Executive Director.
Follow all federal, state, and local driving laws to ensure client and community safety.
Maintain a clean vehicle interior; take vehicle for washing and cleaning as assigned.
Complete required logs, documentation, and reports accurately and on time.
Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record.
Strong communication skills and respectful interpersonal style.
Ability to work with a variety of personalities with patience and professionalism.
Experience providing transportation services preferred.
Knowledge of state and federal driving laws required.
Must be able to pass background checks.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to complete and maintain required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Admin, Positive Behavioral Support, etc.).

Job Summary
Metro's Dump Truck Drivers are self starters who are driven by their safety oriented mindsets. They don't shy away from a challenge and are team oriented as they assist with concrete and other field work when not driving.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Drive and operate heavy machinery, like the company's dump truck, in order to haul gravel, dirt, concrete and other materials
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner
Preform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
Secure all loads with proper safety techniques and equipment
Must be willing to assist in field work when not driving including but not limited to concrete placement, and concrete finishing
Communicate clearly with team and team leaders to ensure safety, best use of time, and in order to stay on schedule
Able to work through all weather conditions
Operate other heavy machinery on an as needed basis including but not limited to skid steers, mini excavators, etc
Ability to travel during the week for work, but will be home on the weekends
Must maintain a class A CDL and a clean MVR
