Tony has over 20 years of experience in financial and operational leadership roles in the technology industry. Tony joined Tresys in 2013 and is responsible for all financial functions and operational support of the Company. Before joining Tresys, Tony was a senior director of finance and operations for EMC’s global consulting services division, where he managed its growth from $50 million to $600 million through organic growth and acquisition. During his time at EMC, Tony oversaw the acquisition and financial and operational integration of six companies into EMC. Tony joined EMC through the acquisition of Internosis, a national private equity-backed professional services and consulting firm, where he served as CFO and Executive VP of operations from 2000 until it was acquired by EMC in 2006. From 1997 until 2000, Tony served as the CFO and Chief Accounting Officer for Panurgy Corporation, which was an $800 million IT products and services company. He started his career in public accounting working for Arthur Andersen in Baltimore, MD.

Brian has over 25 years’ experience in security technology and innovation in automotive security, payment systems, healthcare, and logistics. As Chief Innovation Officer for Owl, he is focused on shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy through advanced technology development and entry into new markets. He formerly served as a product manager and technical expert for the US Department of Transportation SCMS V2X initiative while at Escrypt and as Sr. Director of Corporate Innovation at Pitney Bowes. Brian holds Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and R&D Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is an inventor on 25 US patents.

Ken Walker is the Chief Technology Officer for Owl Cyber Defense. He joined Owl in August 2019 following the merger of Owl and Tresys Technology, having spent 13 years at Tresys. Bringing nearly 30 years of experience in information systems security, he is responsible for the planning, creation, maintenance, and support of all Owl packaged solutions and products. Before Tresys, Ken was the Co-founder and Chief Architect for Secure Methods, Inc. where he was responsible for the development of the company's product suite. Ken was a senior security engineer for Trusted Information Systems, Inc. where he worked on a variety of security projects including the Gauntlet firewall, Domain and Type Enforcement, key escrow, and Trusted Xenix. In addition, Ken held related technical positions with DynCorp and Booz-Allen Hamilton

George A. Roadman is a Chief Operating Officer at Owl Cyber Defense and is based in Whitinsville, Massachusetts. He has worked as Vice President of Business Operations at Owl Cyber Defense, Senior Director Operations at PTC, and Global Controller at EMC CORP. George studied at Bentley University between 1996 and 2000, RMIT University between 1998 and 1998, and Hopkinton HS.
