As a seasoned expert in the credit space, you may be keen to understand how you'll be treated and managed here. Despite this being a large, established business you'll be given plenty of autonomy to complete your work. The CTO in particular - who'll you'll report into directly - prefers things to be this way, giving senior members of the team as much freedom as possible to put their stamp on things.
As mentioned above, your first and main focus is going to be around owning the data warehouse. This will involve defining the data model, designing data structures, understanding how it will fit with other systems across the business and working with each of the project team across all stages of the project to make sure things align. Once this project is complete, you'll work with other areas of the business on various new analytics and reporting requirements to create new enterprise solutions.
You're going to be working a lot with Geneva, Snowflake and SQL Server, so knowledge and experience of working with these technologies is going to be key. Your knowledge of the credit space is also essential along with extensive exposure to enterprise credit data. A strong understanding of alternative investments would be the cherry on top.
Salary will be in the range of $180,000-220,000 plus a bonus, which has a guaranteed element of 50% of salary in your first year. Benefits includes health, life and disability insurance, generous PTO and various wellness programs.
