Location: Toledo, Ohio Position Overview: The Plant Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and management to plant operations. Through hands-on leadership, you will provide management oversight for the day-to-day operations and proper functioning of the facility to include Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Production Planning, Human Resources, EH&S, Shipping & Receiving. With ownership of the plant P&L, the Plant Manager is responsible for controlling costs and driving performance. Ensuring efficiency, safety, quality throughout the plant is the top priority. Must believe in the team approach to solving problems and must have proven success in coaching & leading teams to resolve specific problems. Fundamental understanding of HR/IR laws, rules and regulations. Ability to create employee training and development plans and willingness to act in the role of a mentor. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
