The opportunity
As a member of the Organizations and People Technology team, you will join a talented group of professionals that help clients in a number of areas. These include the development of HR technical strategies, the selection and management of HR information systems/software to support broader business initiatives, and the assessment of business models to more effectively engage digital consumers at every touch‑point in the consumer experience lifecycle. You may also be required to manage the preparation, processing and administration of payroll to help improve and reduce the cost and risks of operations. Your key responsibilities
You will be a key resource on large‑scale system related projects. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships.

To qualify for the role you must have
Relevant professional experience, including previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, global payroll vendor company, niche consultancy or performed an in‑house role payroll practitioner roles in which you gained exposure to a large‑scale project(s) and/or processed or oversaw payroll for the organization
Around 10+years of prior experience
Personal success in current job with experience in one or more of our capabilities
Bachelor's degree and relevant post‑graduate qualification
Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment
Ideally, you'll also have
Project management experience with global or multi‑national payroll projects.
Global payroll consulting experience, knowledge of technology vendors, such as ADP, PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, Workday, and other technology solutions including reports, strategies, assessments, vendor selections, designing processes considering risk and implementing solutions worldwide
Large‑scale project management experience
Strong numbers acumen, including analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $145,800 to $333,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $174,900 to $378,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Responsible for professionalism of service technicians, cleanliness of trucks, providing and maintaining the fleet of specialized tools, and maintaining a relationship with our uniform supplier in cooperation with the Director of Operations in keeping with the Hitachi/Sullair brand.

Work with EHS Manager to ensure compliance of EH&S policies in accordance with organizational and local requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe, working environment.

Electric Division Manager - Transmission & Distribution: Role within the Utility
The Electric Division Manager - T&D has primary accountability for providing leadership in the Transmission & Distribution division which oversees repair and maintenance of existing facilities, as well as construction for new business. This role will find a balance between repairs and new business. Day‑to‑day, will coordinate with crews with the help of the supervising Senior Line Foreman and Line Foremen while managing the budget for repairs and construction. This will be a warm transfer: the current Manager has 20 years of experience and will be on hand to share their experience with the new Manager
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Manage the Transmission and Distribution Division comprised of 35+ employees in the disciplines of T&D in both Above and Underground facilities, and associated activities
Experience managing highly functional employees belonging to IBEW Collective Bargaining Unit
In‑depth knowledge of California General Order 95 (Overhead Electric Line Construction), California General Order 128 (Underground Electric Supply and Communication System Construction), and engineering involved in the development, construction, production, and operational methods in interconnected utility areas; transmission, distribution, fiscal forecasting and planning, customer service; telecommunications; information technology; and
Knowledge of Compliance requirements in the T&D environment
Knowledge of Work Management and Prioritization principles
Knowledge and experience using an Enterprise Asset Management Program, Computerized Maintenance Management System, and/or Computerized Work Management System
Knowledge of Maintenance Principles/Philosophies directed at T&D equipment and machinery, engineering economics; and the principles of management and personnel administration
Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety rules and regulations applicable to T&D work
First‑hand knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment used in T&D work
Ability to analyze complex data; resolve applicable problems; prepare technical
