What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
* 1+ year of management experience preferred
* Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
* Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
Must Haves for This Role
* High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed

Food Safety Certification and Manager Certification

Ensure that the restaurant delivers great experiences to guests
Maintain appropriate staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers
Ensure team members receive proper training including ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development while holding team members accountable for their performance
Ensure effective work schedules are created timely and appropriately to drive sales and control labor costs
Plan and delegate shift assignments including communicating expectations and adjusting as needed
Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld
