Proposal Support: 10% * Creates basis of estimates (BOE) for proposals, if required, as justification for pricing to customer. Ability to train team and colleagues on the use of BOEs for proposal development. * Contribute to writing of pricing content in proposals submitted to the customer. * Meets company internal and customer external requirements necessary for contract negotiations and award * Translate costing sheet to customer pricing sheet- based requirements of the RFP.
