Upon completion, you'll have 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position. During this time, you'll receive hands-on experience and have mentorship opportunities. Drive your own learning plan that covers all aspects of managing our high-volume blood plasma collection facilities. + **Team Management:** You'll use your interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate a positive environment and motivate a team of diverse individuals.
