COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE $21.89 hourly Monday - Friday (2PM-10:30PM), Full-Time, non-exempt ONSITE: 2 Ontelaunee Drive - Reading, PA 19605 WHAT YOU WILL DO * Efficiently & accurately retrieve and stage product in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity. * Operate machinery including the Reach Truck, pallet jacks, and stock chasers. (requires certification) * Use scanners and tablets to record inventory transactions. * Follow & commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for safety, quality, production, & efficiency. * Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor. * Perform inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center. * Follows all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations. * Acts professionally and remains focused - contributing to a culture and environment focused on a safe working environment. * Performs other duties as assigned and be willing to cross train (might be required to do tasks that fall into warehouse associate 1 & 2).
