Pick, pack, and ship inventory against approved sales orders and task orders. Coordinate and execute shipment of equipment worldwide. Prepare freight estimates for complex domestic and international shipments. Create shipping documents including packing lists, load lists, and vendor shipping labels. Ensure compliance with customs, export, and foreign trade/importation regulations. Perform clerical duties such as maintaining records, preparing purchase requests, invoices, and receipts. Resolve supplier issues to maintain production requirements. Collaborate with sales and finance departments to ensure order and inventory accuracy. Update and maintain vendor files. EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE NetSuite management systems knowledge and experience a plus. Enterprise Resource Planning systems knowledge and experience a plus. EXPERIENCE 2-4 years of experience in supply/inventory control. TALENTS Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple, simultaneous performance objectives is a must. Highly organizedand self-motivated. Exercise sound judgement when completing tasks and problems/situations that differ and use creativity to develop optimal solutions.
