Safely transports passengers to various destinations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Adheres to assignments in accordance with scheduled shuttle routes prepared by the Manager, Supervisor, and/or Dispatcher. Reports to the Supervisor of Transportation (or to a designated individual in the Supervisor's absence). Qualifications -Provide safe, courteous, and professional service to passengers while en route to/from destinations. Follow established routes and departure times. Communicates with dispatch for guidance on any detours/delay -Operates vehicles in accordance with Mass General Brigham Fleet Safety Program Policies and Procedures, as well as in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations -Maintains an accurate log documenting the number of passengers, trips completed, mileage, interior/exterior vehicle inspection, and other information that might be requested. -Ensures adherence to passenger limits, both seated and standing -Assists passengers with disabilities and others needing assistance to board and disembark from the vehicle via the wheelchair lift. -Reports any emergencies/concerns with vehicle and/or passengers immediately to the Supervisor and/or Dispatcher.
