Candidates must have a modern smartphone with an active internet connection to efficiently manage orders and assignments through the company app. Proficiency in navigating mobile applications, digital platforms, and app-based workflows is essential for seamless task execution and communication. Compensation ranges from $37,440 to $58,240 per year, based on experience and availability. Job Specifics Operate a light-duty tow truck to provide roadside assistance for cars and trucks. Perform vehicle recovery, tyre changes, jump-starts, lockouts, and other basic roadside services. Ensure all towing operations follow safe towing practices and proper procedures. Interact with clients professionally, providing excellent customer service during assistance calls. Respond quickly and efficiently to service requests, maintaining composure and attention to detail under pressure. Keep the tow truck clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. Accurately record service call details, vehicle conditions, and activities. Assist with basic troubleshooting of disabled vehicles when possible. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and traffic laws at all times Qualifications and ExperienceQualifications High school diploma or GED required. Basic mechanical skills for minor vehicle repairs and troubleshooting Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle recovery or towing services.
