We are looking for full time and part time drivers in the Dallas area to pick up and deliver packages to residential and business addresses. Drivers should be highly energetic, competent, and self-motivated individuals with a good sense of direction and excellent customer service skills. Punctuality, reliability, and delivery experience are required. This position will also require understanding and use of handheld devices to assist with each delivery and must own a working smartphone.
Applicants should be capable of lifting to fifty pounds without assistance. Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Delivery Operations - Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
Returns & Pickups - Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
Safety Compliance - Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
Cash & Charge Transactions - Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance - Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

**Summary**
Under general supervision, this role is responsible for executing a range of operational tasks critical to agronomic service delivery and facility performance, including:

+ Routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems, application machinery, and plant infrastructure

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Load and deliver fertilizers and chemicals to customers locations in compliance with safety and transport regulations
+ Operate equipment to accurately blend fertilizer.
+ Receive, unload, and organize incoming product shipments; maintain accurate warehouse inventory
+ Conduct general maintenance and housekeeping of plant equipment and facilities
+ Support miscellaneous operational needs including special projects, attending company-provided training, and providing cross-functional backup as required
**Typical Education**
+ High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
**Relevant Experience & Key Skills**
+ One or more years of related experience in agricultural operations, equipment operation, or facility/warehouse work.
+ Working knowledge of basic farm equipment, agricultural practices, and local geography (roads, farms, field access points).
+ Ability to perform multiple tasks in sequence, such as blending products, loading trucks, and completing deliveries.
+ Able to troubleshoot issues and make quick, practical decisions
