    Shipper's Select has been in business for 8 years now. We started as a dry van company and have since changed to mainly flatbed. We have dedicated flatbed customers and dry van power only customers that send us out and we have other dedicated reloads elsewhere. Trucks are typically home every week back here in Dallas. Local position: Based out of Ft. Worth. Go take preloaded flatbed trailer to customer locations around the metroplex. If there is only one drop at that location you would probably go back to our customer and do another one. No tarping, but the drivers use chains. We guarantee you $1250 - $1500+ a week if you can run the loads efficiently. Saturday and Sundays are off days. As an owner operator the position pays on average $4200 take home every two weeks. OTR/Regional. We will pay you both loaded and empty. If you have good experience we will pay you 53 cents loaded and 40 cents empty. You can expect to have checks from $3000-$4000 every other week before tax. This is a W2 position so we will take out tax. We run newer equipment and we do Federal inspections every three months on all equipment. We take care of our drivers and they take care of us. We have tractors that are available for anybody interested in running their own truck. We do an 80/20 split on that. We have a good reputation for taking care of the drivers and our drivers can attest to that. If you are currently a company driver not earning enough to justify being out for weeks on end I would highly recommend that you give us a call. We have plenty of actual driver references that can attest to how we take care of our drivers.
