DHT is hiring at all facilities with additional Michigan locations in Newport and Port Huron and also Bellefontaine, Ohio. DHT has grown to several divisions including Tanker, Gravel Train, Flatbed, Van, Excavating, and Landscape Supply. DHT also operates full-service repair facilities.
DHT is looking for Owner Operators to join our propane division. Our tanker division hauls propane, butane, and ammonia. We are licensed to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada. This position is OTR and requires a hazmat and tanker endorsement along with a clean driving record.
Essential Duties:
• Attach terminal hoses to the truck connections to pump propane into the tanker
• Use permanent hoses attached to the filling ports or the hoses stored in the truck to unload the tanker
• Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting goods
• Complete all “pre-trip” requirements before each truck run and “post-trip” requirements at the end of each shift
• Operates a powered industrial vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws
• Transports loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations
• Deftly maneuvers truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; follows loading crew signals
• Assists with loading and unloading of materials, using specialized equipment when warranted

Under general supervision, the Transportation Driver for PACE Southeast Michigan performs activities related to the transportation of program participants, and or medical supplies, to and from the program site and other facilities as directed.

All medication on a daily basis (average of 125 meds/supplements a day such as ensure, Pedialyte, frozen meals, diapers, syringes, gauze, etc).
Drivers are held responsible if these items are not delivered.

Required Experience for Shuttle Driver
3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
Compassionate & Care for seniors. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping and working with the senior population.
Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; ability to maintain a bus schedule and is familiar with the local area.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.
Primary Responsibilities for Shuttle Driver
Assist residents getting on and off the bus, utilizing the appropriate and safest mode for assistance. This may include using a lift, ambulation, and/or physical transfer.
Completes bus trip log; Completes required route in a safe and efficient manner; Ability to organize and coordinate their route and route priorities to maintain the most efficient and productive process.
Maintains the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the bus
Fills out daily inspection log at the beginning of each trip and turns in form when completed.
As a Shuttle Driver, you must maintain a positive attitude which supports team performance and productivity.
General Working Conditions
This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.

We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Test Drivers to support data recording activities for a local project in Ann Arbor, MI. Drivers will operate vehicles equipped with specialized logging systems to collect high-quality data for the development of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This role involves following predefined routes, adhering to strict operating procedures, and accurately reporting all mileage, conditions, and issues using client-based reporting tools.
Test Driver Job Responsibilities:
Operate project vehicles on public roads following planned routes, defined driving profiles, and scheduled test times provided by TPG.
Follow all assigned routes as displayed on the vehicle's GPS. Drivers must be able to manipulate and load route links via mobile phone.
Alternate between different assigned driver profiles as required by the project.
Ensure continuous testing unless prevented by safety concerns or vehicle failure.
Maintain vehicle operability and notify the client immediately of any major issues, route deviations, or environmental conditions affecting testing.
If route modifications are required due to force majeure, provide detailed information to the client for route percentage re-evaluation.
Daily Operations
Perform the required operational sequence every shift:
Conduct a full vehicle safety inspection (tire pressure, fluid levels, general condition).
Execute the data logger start-up procedure and monitor logger behavior throughout the shift.
Follow the assigned driving route accurately.
Assist the co-driver (if present) in tagging relevant events and observations during the route.
At the end of the shift, copy data from the logger's hard drive to an external hard drive (as required).
Submit daily mileage, route observations, and comments using the client's software tool Dursuite (mandatory).
Follow all client data-management procedures precisely.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of vehicle systems and functions.
Strong data aptitude and willingness to learn.
Clean driving record
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.

Responsible for transporting individuals with and without disabilities to various locations. This would include picking them up at their residence, driving them to their required location and picking them back up to take them to their residence.
Responsible to review and check transportation schedule before departure and to bring to the attention of dispatch and/or the coordinator any issues or concerns
Performs vehicle inspections and maintenance. This includes ensuring the vehicles have the appropriate amount of gas, oil, antifreeze, windshield washer fluid, and that the handicap accessibility equipment is functional.
Cleans the interior and exterior of the TSA vehicle as needed and directed.
Notifies manager when the vehicle is in need of repair or service.
Maintains a driving log and keeps track of mileage on the TSA vehicle.
Inspects and completes an inspection form before departure and/or when changing vehicles. Ensures that safety equipment is on-board and vehicle including tires are in good operating condition.
Makes copies and properly files all completed driver's reports, transportation requests, and vehicle inspection forms.
Maintains contact with dispatch at all times, agency-issued cell phone must be charged daily and in good working order at all times. If cell phone is lost or damaged the driver must report this immediately to the department manager.
Ensures that any accident/incident is reported immediately upon return to the building, within one hour after the event. A written accident/incident report must be completed and submitted to the manager within 24 hours.
Provides assistance to passenger with disabilities.
Makes any necessary changes, and notifies customers of any changes in arrival/departure times.
Responsible for maintaining good customer relations and services.
