A minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience, including at least 6 months with the specific type of trailer being hauled (e.g.,container, flatbed, etc.).
Must have a current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate and a valid long form physical, effective for at least one year from the exam date. Certificate must be certified with the state under the Non-Excepted Interstate category.
Must have a valid CDL in the state of residence and match your current address.

Electronically ship and receive all equipment transported at the time it arrives or departs from a company facility.
Assist in loading or unloading the trucks. Ensure all loads are properly prepared, loaded and secured to avoid shifting, loosening, or falling while in route.
Ensure manifests are accurate and error free. All items transported are on the manifest.
Always work safe. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
Maintain company equipment by checking fuel, oil, water, tires, etc. on truck and equipment before starting. All equipment is kept clean and maintained properly. Report all equipment operational defects or concerns to the fleet coordinator.
Keep driver's license and required CDL and all endorsements current. Notify supervisor of any driver license problems within 24 hours.
Ensure all required paperwork is properly completed within applicable time deadlines.
Work extra hours and scheduled days off up to the limit permissible by DOT when requested by supervisor.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid South Carolina Class “A” CDL with less than three moving violations in the past three years.
Must have a minimum of 1-year experience driving a Class vehicle
Must have a minimum of 1-year experience with operating construction or agriculture equipment, etc.

As Part of the FBC Marine Operating Center Team, the Transportation Driver, you will support the logistical and operational readiness of our boats across the Hilton Head club. This role is responsible for transporting vessels between club locations and service centers. Occasional light non-technical, but physical, work may also be requested.
The ideal candidate has a desire to work as part of a team to complete the task at hand, familiarity with marine practices, and experience trailering and handling boats. This is a hands-on, field-based position that involves both independent work and coordination with vendors and internal staff.

Essential Functions:
Safely trailer and deliver boats to/from club sites, the MOC (service center) for servicing, and other vendor locations as needed.
Support trailering logistics for new boats being put into service and old boats returning to MOC for retirement.
Support light vehicle and trailer repairs such as truck battery, tire, and fluids maintenance and trailer checks and maintenance.
Conduct digital inspections on trailers and vessels as part of the transportation process and vessel life cycle.
Assist in the make ready process of vessels including but not limited to unwrapping vessels, staging safety equipment like life jackets, applying registration numbers and boat names, and applying bottom paint.
Assist with the retirement process of vessels including but not limited to cleaning and buffing of vessels and removing all equipment.
Assist in inventory tracking and tidiness of the MOC.
Drive vessels to and from ramps if needed
