Job Responsibilities
Must complete a daily vehicle inspection form prior to driving and after finishing their route.
Ensure a pleasant and clean atmosphere is always maintained in and out of the vehicle
Apply all safety equipment available, always wear seat belt when driving
Operate company vehicle weighing under 26,000 lb (GVW) transporting passengers or transporting supplies and equipment to and from designated locations
Drivers are required to drive defensively, safely, and cautiously in all situations
Exceptional customer service skills are needed when encountering guests; to ensure a good positive representation of is always demonstrated
Picking up and dropping off guests at designated locations
Drivers transporting passengers should be highly knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding areas, acting as a concierge resource for all guests.
May have to lift guest luggage weighing up to 80 lb into the vehicle
Fuel, clean, and inspect vehicle when required.
Identify maintenance and safety issues and take the correct steps to correct them, and report malfunctions immediately.

Work with Transportation Office dispatcher ensuring any special requests and group requests are completed
May be assigned to work as warehouse drivers, safely and promptly transporting equipment to and from the warehouse

Take vehicle to car wash when necessary
May be required to assist with clerical work, answering phones, working as a dispatcher and other office duties
Dry Storage Drivers may be required to sell and dispense propane, following federal dispensing laws by only dispensing propane into bottles with OPD under 10 lb
These drivers may also be required to occasionally operate a cash register in some circumstances handling cash, traveler's checks, and credit cards in a safe and accurate manner
Drivers must understand the machinery and chemicals used
Drivers must be aware of SDS sheets and books and read and use this information when necessary

Must pass a DOT physical examination and obtain a medical card

The Job

We're looking for a Business Operations generalist to work with our COO on high-priority projects across the company. You'll be an extension of leadership - owning workstreams end-to-end, jumping into whatever's most important, and moving fast.
This isn't a role where you'll be handed a neat list of responsibilities. You'll work on whatever matters most that week: one day you might be project-managing a feature launch for hundreds of thousands of users, the next you're negotiating a contract with a bank partner, the next you're writing training materials to scale our call center 5x in 60 days.
Example Projects
Product launches: Act as project manager on a new feature that will be used by hundreds of thousands of cardholders. Coordinate across engineering, compliance, and our brand partners to get it live. Write the internal PRD, track open questions, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Partner and vendor negotiations: Negotiate contracts with our sponsor bank, card networks, or servicing partners. Understand the terms, push back where it matters, and close deals that protect the business.
Scaling operations: Write training procedures and SOPs to scale our call center from 20 to 100 agents in 60 days. Build the documentation that lets us operate at 10x our current volume.
Process builds: Stand up new workflows from scratch - whether it's a closure process for a new product type, a monitoring dashboard for a partner launch, or an internal tool to track something we've been doing manually.
Before You Apply

We work in the office 5 days a week. We know that's a dealbreaker for some people, and that's okay.
The hours are intense - and you need to always be on. This role works closely with our COO. That means late nights, weekends, and sometimes holidays. The opportunity
As a founding member of Column's Business Operations team, you will be responsible for helping lay the foundation for the company's next decade of growth. We are currently looking for Independent Contractors with the ability to deliver and install RTA furniture and fitness equipment. We have immediate openings in your geographical area.
If you currently provide these services, this is an excellent opportunity to add additional revenue to your weekly earnings.
The Opportunity:
IC is to deliver and install RTA furniture & fitness equipment in customers home.
Supplemental income (no routed work)

Responsibilities:
Contact customer to schedule delivery/installation appointment.
Picking up freight from your local warehouse
Delivering and assembling product to our customers homes
Provide trash removal from installation site
Job Requirements:
Cargo van, sprinter van, box truck (up to 16)
Delivery & Assembly experience required (minimum 2 years)
2 man team (ICs must have their own helper, we do not hire helpers)
Valid drivers license, vehicle registration and vehicle insurance
Excellent communication skills (must speak fluent English)

The Transportation and Warehouse Departments are vital parts of HealthRIGHT 360's operations, and are primarily responsible for the following:
Providing safe transportation for clients to increase access to needed services.
Receiving, managing and delivering the inventory of purchased goods and in-kind donations, including equipment, furniture, food and supplies.
Drivers are responsible for the transportation needs of clients. Following all applicable federal and state driving laws, Driver ensures that clients are safely transported to and from various locations related to their treatment needs. Drivers also ensure that all transportation documentation is appropriately maintained and up-to-date. Drivers must enjoy working as a member of a diverse team in a cooperative effort and be able to exercise creative and independent judgment to solve problems.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation Responsibilities:
Safely transports client in company provided vehicle following all applicable federal and state driving laws.
Maintains appropriate staff/client boundaries at all times.
Treat program participants with respect and dignity, interacting with them in a caring, non-judgmental manner, utilizing harm reduction and trauma-informed care principles.
Comply with all COVID 19 health and safety protocols.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
Participates in the delivery and pick up of various donated goods including furniture, food, clothing etc. Loads and unloads trucks, organizes donated goods in the warehouse.
Vehicle Maintenance Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring routine vehicle maintenance including inspections, interior and exterior cleaning and pumping gas. Maintains all such documentation. Responsible for adhering to vehicle cleaning protocols as part of the Covid-19 response.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintains and prepares vehicle usage logs. Maintains accurate vehicle documentation with guidelines established by HealthRIGHT 360 to satisfy internal and external evaluating requirements.
