Perform any and all tasks and duties assigned by the Foreman. What You'll Do: 🚚 Transportation & Delivery Safely transport cannabis products between farms, labs, and retail stores while maintaining full compliance with state regulations. Maintain accurate manifests and delivery logs to ensure a flawless chain of custody. Keep your assigned vehicle clean, organized, and road-ready - schedule maintenance and report issues promptly. Resolve route or delivery challenges with creativity and professionalism. 🌱 Processing & Production Get hands-on with post-harvest processing - trimming, packaging, labeling, and preparing products for sale or testing. Follow strict hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols to maintain quality standards. Support special projects and R&D tasks as needed - no two days are ever quite the same! Track and report inventory movement accurately. What We're Looking For: Minimum age 25 (per insurance/compliance requirements). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A calm, positive attitude under pressure and changing conditions. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, sitting or standing for long periods, and working in both vehicle and facility environments. Prior experience in driving, logistics, production, or the cannabis industry a big plus! Must meet all state eligibility requirements for employment in the cannabis industry.
