As a force multiplier and key advisor, this role ensures the smooth operation of the executive office by prioritizing tasks, overseeing project execution, and leading communications on behalf of the executive office across the organization. This role will play a key role in driving the CEO's priorities, optimizing his time, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives. The COS supports the executive office in analyzing data, and providing insights to inform decision-making, particularly as it relates to overall strategic planning. This role not only tracks progress of strategic initiatives and key performance indicators of others but will also be called upon to lead specific programs or projects at the executive level. The salary range for this role is $240,000 to $280,000.
