This role is the glue between creative production, paid performance, and growth strategy. You'll partner closely with our Growth Marketing Managers to plan and launch high-performing creative across Meta, TikTok, and additional paid channels. You'll manage the creative workflow end-to-end, ensure we're testing at the pace our growth demands, and uncover insights that help us scale smarter and faster. If you're equal parts organized operator, creative thinker, and performance analyst, this is a high-impact opportunity to meaningfully shape our growth trajectory.πŸ’₯ The Impact You'll Have Own, organize, and streamline our creative production pipeline, ensuring we have the right volume and variety of creative to support rapid testing and scale. Manage our creative tracker and testing backlog so we can launch ads faster, more consistently, and with fewer bottlenecks. Review and QA ad creative for brand alignment, accurate product information, and strategic fit before launch. Conduct biweekly competitor deep dives and trend analyses to uncover creative opportunities and inspire new concepts. Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap and insights tracker, sharing performance learnings with both internal and external production partners. Analyze creative performance across key engagement metrics (CTR, CVR, thumbstop rate, CPA, CPM, etc.) and surface actionable insights that improve efficiency and unlock new creative angles. Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok required; YouTube and Google Ads experience is a plus. Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks, iteration processes, and paid social engagement metrics (CTR, CVR, thumbstop rate, CPA, CPM). Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations. Proficiency with creative workflow and analytics tools (Notion, Motion, Atria) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Excel - Excel is a must ). This lab will be the source of truth for validating hardware and software combinations across tablets, routers, card readers, printers, and other peripherals, and ensuring every release works across the real-world matrix our restaurants depend on. You'll be our first dedicated lab hire: an individual contributor who can bring structure, speed, and confidence to a fast-moving hardware + software environment. Define and execute device validation plans across changing variables including: hardware models and revisions device configuration and provisioning states OS versions and patch levels Owner POS application versions peripheral firmware and connection types (USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Ethernet) Build and maintain a testing matrix that captures supported and in-progress combinations; continuously expand coverage as we add new devices and markets. It will make media an even bigger advantage for attracting customers and talent. The Short Form Content Manager is one of our early hires for this team. The person in this role will lead strategy and output across Owner.com's Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and emerging shorts platforms.This content will help hundreds of thousands of small business owners around the world and also attract more ambitious builders to help with this mission. With our Instagram has grown exponentially from 0 β†’ 80k followers in the last year, short form content has evolved to a core piece to our media strategy. Our short form content will not only live on a standalone set of channels that gains the highest amount of impressions from new audiences, it represents a high volume testing ground for all of our other long form and even paid content.
