The free membership would have been good, but when the place is so miserable to spend time at why would you want to workout there? Cafe food is stupidly overpriced and they source most of their food from aldi next door. The daycare manager / staff are not the most qualified and Carolina and Oxford have dodged several legal points to not officially be declared a daycare, so they can follow and do things that arent regulated by the state. 40 plus kids in a room with 1-2 adults should not be allowed. Lifeguards sleep on the job, go in the summer and you can spot at least 1 at any time.
The self appointed president and ceo Carolina is difficult to work for. Im honestly shocked she or anyone else who is in charge of running Oxford has a job still. Their turn over
Liked my co workers and people that worked for me in my department. Otherwise, there arent many pros here. Pay is not good and the CEO Carolina believes that low pay is made up by offering employees memberships. Scheudle is not managable. Carolina decides you have to be in on weekends, but then also gets annoye that you arent there at key times during the week. You end up doing overtime for a company that wont pay your overtime and will underpay your commision. Be so careful working for these con jobs.
Their ability to make even the most simple tasks more complicated than getting to the moon.
Only way to improve the culuture is to erase it and start over.
