Experience in analyzing or underwriting factoring or asset-based lending transactions. Knowledge in secured lending with a focus on collateral analysis and cash flow. Organized and attention to detail required to understand and manage risk, amongst a diverse group of client relationships. Strong credit analysis and analytical skills. Ability to review and effectively spread financial statements. Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the further ability to effectively understand and negotiate legal documents. Education and Experience Bachelor s degree with a concentration in accounting or finance is preferred. Five or more years experience in asset-based lending positions, with a minimum of at least 3 years as an Account Executive or Underwriter. Such experience should include proficiency in managing or underwriting more complex capital structures (i.e. inventory and equipment loans) and strong financial and analytical skills. What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs. Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products. Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty. Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts. Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity. Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable, to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
