Josh Friedman has been a part of Oxford’s corporate finance team since 2011. He manages the corporate finance, FP&A, treasury and accounting functions at Oxford. Josh has over 10 years of experience in the specialty finance industry. Toxic leadership of CEO and COO, who are basically absentee caretakers who skim a significant amount of cash for themselves of the top.

What do you like best about Oxford Finance's CEO and the leadership team?

I do not like the CEO. He has a massive ego, is arrogant and extremely pretentious. Everything one detests about "new money".

How would you improve Oxford Finance's culture?

Firing the COO, Tim Lex.

Research.

How does your compensation at Oxford Finance compare to the industry average?

In my experience Oxford pays higher than the average employer in htis type of specialty finance market.
