Ministry residencies entail weekly training, one-on-one coaching, and immersion in a ministry area. Each resident selects a ministry track where they will gain hands-on experience in a specific area at one of our campuses. This is where they can apply what they are learning from both weekly intensives and ministry specific electives. Residents will be placed at one of our 14 campuses spread across Southeast Michigan.
