Conduct individual and family therapy sessions with assigned clients using evidenced based treatments such as EMDR, CBT, MI, etc.
Complete all progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans in a timely fashion for each appointment. Treatment plans will show SMART goals and objectives.
Facilitate a variety of group therapies such as anger management, dual diagnosis, CBT skills, and/ or other evidence-base groups. Clinician must research and develop curriculum and complete notes for each attendee weekly.
Complete clinic intake assessments for clients accessing services for the first time
Staff with other lines of service to improve overall health as a multidisciplinary approach
Provide coverage for the crisis office in emergent or life-threatening situations
Obtain prior authorization for each client's payer source

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist or certified substance use counselor to join our Residential team. In this meaningful role, you'll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mentalhealth and/or substance use challenges.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support clients through person-centered, integrated care-helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.
This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. The preferred schedule is Sunday-Thursday. Saturday rotation is required for family group.

Starting Salary: $ 17.00 - $ 20.00 Hourly Shift: Saturday/Sunday 7pm to 7am (Overnight) We are seeking a Transitional Youth Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. Your role will oversee clients in daily activities while teaching new skills, ensuring safety, and managing behaviors. As a member of the Pathways team, you will work with other team members and report to our Program Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Responsible for direct supervision and safety of all clients
* Responsible for proper behavior management of children through the use of behavior management techniques.
* Build healthy relationships with clients and be a role model of healthy behaviors
* Have a working knowledge of the child's treatment plan and objectives and structure activities to support that plan.
* Responsible for creatively structuring activities for groups and conducting psycho-educational groups.
* May be responsible for medication administration and other medical support.
* Responsible for the review/writing of all required documentation.
* Responsible for teaching, guiding, and assisting the client in daily life skills as appropriate for age.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience working with children and the following:
* At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
* A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

The Behavioral HealthTherapist works with individuals, families, and groups to address and treat mental & emotional disorders, and to promote optimal mentalhealth.
Responsibilities
Provides individual, and in some cases, family therapy to active clients.
Updates the treatment plan to reflect therapy goals. Collaborates with other professionals regarding client participation level, progress, and setbacks.
Completes intakes for individuals requesting services at BJC, assessing their eligibility based on symptomology, treatment history, and current needs.
Develops and facilitates education for clients.

We are seeking a Therapist I - School Based Services (Grandview-Middle School) to join our team. Your role will support students, families, and district personnel in the Grandview School District's two middle schools to address personal, emotional, and social problems that interfere with school adjustment and promote students' academic success following a school social worker model. During the three (3) months over the summer, services will be extended to identified students and families, providing individual and/or family support in school, home, and/or community. Additionally, the Therapist I - School Based Services will provide individual, family, group therapy, and/or wrap-around case management in addition to crisis management as needed to students in crisis. This position will consult with and potentially provide professional development to school staff to increase knowledge of trauma-informed interventions in the school setting. As a Therapist, I will provide a continuum of care services to families during the summer months while school is not in session and could include in-school, in-home, in-office, and virtual, depending on the needs of the families. As a member of the Outpatient Therapy team, you will work with other team members and report to our Clinical Manager of School-Based.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide consultation to building administrators and teacher support teams on issues related to mentalhealth
* Provide assessment of and direct therapeutic services to students at the middle school level, and/or their families, who are experiencing social and emotional problems at school
* Provide traditional school social work support to students and/or their families at the middle school level, as needed, to provide options and referrals to ensure community available resource acquisition
* Provide direct therapeutic services to at-risk students at the middle school level
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
