Pros of working at P.C. Richard & Son

Nothing. Horrible and very unfair management. Needs to be taken to court.

Cons of working at P.C. Richard & Son

My father has been working as iinstaller for p.c Richard's for over 20 years in Farmingdale NY. Management takes advantage of his work doesn't let him receive his contract but lets him sign it knowing that he cannot read. Every year he gets less routes meaning less work no money being made especially during the holiday season he struggles. Knowing he has a family of 6 that he needs to feed. He now only gets jobs twice a week if lucky while other installers are out every day working. A lot of favoritism and dirty work being done in this office. Soon to be revealed and taken to court they will all go down just like they are taking down my father and our family. All those crooked managers will be sorry. That's a Promise.
