We design, manufacture, and distribute non-structural engineering support systems for projects around the world. POSITION OVERVIEW The Project Manager leads project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure successful delivery of customer solutions. This role oversees project timelines, budgets, resources, and communication, proactively identifying risks and driving resolutions to keep work on track. The Project Manager works closely with internal teams, clients, and field personnel to maintain alignment, uphold quality standards, and support continuous improvement across all phases of a project. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage assigned projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance. Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, VDC, estimating, procurement, and field operations to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain and manage project information within Nexus and related project-tracking systems (logs, submittals, RFIs, schedules, documentation). Oversee procurement activities by reviewing Material Requests, confirming quantities, monitoring lead times, and addressing shortages or backorders. Support and lead technical coordination with engineers and clients-review drawings, clarify requirements, and ensure proper interpretation of seismic/engineering specifications. Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules; identify risks, delays, and required recovery efforts. Prepare, manage, and track change orders, ensuring proper documentation and communication of cost and schedule impacts. Maintain strong customer communication, facilitating updates, meetings, and action items to support client satisfaction and project transparency. Track project budgets, cost-to-complete, billable hours, labor allocation, and progress billing to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Monitor job profitability, efficiency, and procurement performance using analytical and forecasting methods. Support field teams by coordinating installation requirements, sequencing, and necessary project support details. Lead project closeout, ensuring all documents, O&M manuals, as-builts, and financial components are completed. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of project-management best practices at ISAT. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent construction experience). 5-10+ years of experience in project management within construction, mechanical/electrical systems, seismic bracing, or a related industrial field. Strong understanding of construction documents, engineered drawings, industry codes, and installation requirements (experience with seismic bracing or support systems preferred). Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Proficiency with project-management and documentation tools (Nexus experience preferred). Demonstrated ability to create, interpret, and manage construction schedules. Experienced in managing budgets, cost controls, procurement processes, and project financial reporting. Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to solve problems and represent ISAT professionally. High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
