I think the CEO and leadership team are some of the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever heard speak to their employees. Terrible management at the highest levels.

I would improve the company culture by encouraging workers and thanking workers in stead of insulting them in nasty emails.

I prepared for their interview by reading over the menu, researching their origin story, and making sure I was clean looking coming into my interview.

I would say that you make more money serving at PF Chang's if you work at the correct store.
