Job Summary: The Dishwasher is responsible for providing a safe and sanitized area for our staff and guests. Job Responsibilities: Operates an industrial dishwasher Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the restaurant. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions. Clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment. Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures Place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas.
