Operates the label machines properly and efficiently in order to meet production deadlines according to the daily job schedule.

The Production Site Administrative Assistant will work with the entire production team to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Responsible for supporting new item set-up, product price change, ship to/ bill to and new store/ closed store changes processes to avoid downstream issues in Accounting, Operations, and IT.
Assist in Onboarding. Schedule interviews and follow up calls if needed. Attend/setup orientation for new hires.
Proficient in FEDEX Ship Manager/Eship. Assist in Distribution department closing boxes, slotting, assembling shipping boxes and using shipping software to ship packages.
Organize events- Planning, order food and creating company communication
Schedule vendors- Maintenance and repairs for the building
Place orders for Office/shop Supplies and Xerox toner/supplies.
Billing- Utilizing ESHIP software to invoice by Client/Ticket the day we ship. Add freight cost where applicable including markup.
Schedule couriers for pickup-Old Dominion, FEDEX and UPS as needed.
Data entry daily/weekly reports- LMO waste tracker, update MEP spreadsheet, NB Error logs, Inventory Tracker, Temp time tracker, Click counts
Steward training audits and training data entry
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Assist in distributing communications across site

Responsible for repair, installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. You will schedule maintenance, and installation to ensure production operations. Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant. Understand food safety (SQF)/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
Ensure compliance with all safety programs and maintain hazard free work areas.
Exercise caution to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
Maintain regular attendance per company policy.
Must work weekends.
Can work overtime to meet production and sanitation deadlines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 8-10+ years software/AI engineering roles, with 3+ years in technical leadership or engineering excellence functions.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
* Deep understanding of modern AI engineering practices (MLOps, LLMOps, API integration, RAG architectures, observability, safety), and enterprise-grade delivery.
* Proven ability to translate business needs into technical designs and guide feasibility assessments.

You will lead and coordinate the development of multiple studies of novel biological and small molecules for first in human (FIH), proof of mechanism (POM), early signs of efficacy (ESOE) and proof of concept (POC) studies in Oncology. You will work in close collaboration with the Global Development Lead (GDL)and members of the development team to establish, lead, coordinate, and execute the early oncology clinical development plan(s). POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
* Partner closely with the Global Development Lead (GDL) in the execution of the clinical development strategy and plan for the assigned molecule(s)/indication(s)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / KEY SKILLS
* Relevant PhD or PharmD and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in industry/CRO, OR

* BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in industry/CRO
* Clinical Research experience in Phase 1 in Oncology, on the side of the sponsor leading studies
* Experience in or strong understanding of Oncology Drug Development especially in Early Development
* Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, ICH guidelines, GCP and familiarity with FDA, EMA, and global regulations.
* Strong scientific writing skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Clinical document writing experience (e.g., protocol, ICD, IB, IND), as well as understanding complex data analysis.
* Track record of scientific productivity as evidenced by publications, posters, abstracts and/or presentations.
* Experience working with and solid understanding of related disciplines, e.g., Clinical Operations, Data Management, Safety, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Study Management, Pre-Clinical, Pharmacology, Quality Assurance.
