The key functions of your role will include: Engage with prospective customers via phone calls, emails and scheduled events. Analyze repeat inquiries for opportunities to improve response practices to reduce confusion and number of incoming inquiries. Establish best practices for our customer service protocols. Utilize and master registration, CRM and project management platforms. Stay up-to-date with our program calendar and new program details to anticipate questions and comments. Aid with processes related to customer support (ex. payment processing, form collection, health record, etc) Conduct market research via surveys, interviews, focus groups, on-site observation, and analyze reports. Program starts May 18, 2026. What you will do Work alongside a registered nurse in an assistive role Will observe and learn from the nurse the daily tasks being performed on that unit Shadow and learn directly from a nurse preceptor in various areas in the hospital Participate in educational activities designed to reinforce learning in the clinical practice environment Minimum Qualifications Be entering the final year of a(n) ADN or BSN program with graduation expected by Spring 2027 Be enrolled in an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS Healthcare Provider Certified GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred ALL INITIAL APPLICATIONS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: An updated resume reflecting your clinical experience rotation (where and when completed) and your anticipated graduation date. They will be assigned to a nurse mentor who continues to guide their learning and contributions within the clinical practice environment. The PNAs will meet as a cohort to participate in learning and sharing of experiences. PNAs in good standing will be invited to apply for the 2026 Nurse Residency Program. Our Vizient Nurse Residency Program is designed to support and help new graduate nurses as they transition into professional practice. The program offers 12 months of structured support for newly licensed registered nurses. Our hope and expectation are all eligible SNIs will secure a position in the residency program prior to completing their final year of nursing studies.
