Pay Range: $15.75- $19.30 Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Responsible for stocking grocery products, unloading trucks and ensuring that the aisles of the store are kept neat and clean. Responsible for meeting customer needs through providing well stocked and accurately priced merchandise to promote an optimal opportunity for sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times. Responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request. Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times. Responsible for performing merchandising functions for the Grocery Department to include stocking product, pricing, signing, price changes and inventory checks. Return excess merchandise to Back Room area per corporate guidelines. Responsible for unloading merchandise from trucks. Stock products throughout the retail unit according to company procedures. Must follow all company standards regarding sanitation (i.e.: floors, shelves, and back room area). May be required to process customer orders as business needs dictate. Retrieve shopping carts and return them to designated areas. Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

We are currently looking for a Sample Receiving Associate to join our growing team!
JOB SUMMARY
The Sample Receiving Associate is responsible for entering data into the Certified Laboratories Information Management System (LIMS) in a timely and accurate manner.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Logging of customer samples into the LIMS system with accuracy. Uses products as needed.
Ensure timeliness, accuracy and reliability work.
Ensures adherence to the daily work schedule.
Makes suggestions and recommendations regarding product/specs. that would aid in logging.
Perform clerical review to ensure accuracy.
Ensures all samples are labeled correctly and stored at the appropriate temperatures until testing can occur.
Ensure the sample receiving room is cleaned and maintained.
Participates in special projects as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.
Keeps the Manager/Supervisor informed of issues or problems within the department.
Interacts with clients, suppliers and vendors as required.
Learns new techniques and technologies and trains others as appropriate.
Works effectively with other departments.
Responsible for the execution of all ISO and QC requirements.
Performs all other duties as required or assigned.
Stocks/orders supplies as needed (labels, boxes etc.)
Assists with the return of customer coolers.
Other duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
AS degree in Science and appropriate industry specific experience or BS degree.
Knowledge of good aseptic technique and behaviors that can reduce cross contamination.
Good conceptual basis in laboratory setting with proven ability to perform basic lab techniques.
Critical thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Excellent organizational skills - ability to use your time, energy, resources, etc. in an effective manner.
Time management - one's own time and the time of others.
Training - teaching and guiding others how to complete a process from beginning to end.
Strong relevant qualitative and quantitative skills.
Excellent arithmetic skills - using mathematics to solve problems.
Good communication skills - speaking, reading, writing and listening.
Manual dexterity.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

General Merchandise Full Time
Overnight stocker job at P&S Surgical Hospital
Pay Range: $16.75- $20.30 Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Responsible for performing merchandising functions within the general merchandise department to include stocking, pricing, displays, promotions and signing to promote optimal opportunity for sales. Ensures that GM / HBC aisles and shelves are neat, clean and leveled. May be required to operate register and bag customer orders as business needs necessitate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times. Responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request. Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times. Responsible for performing merchandising functions within the general merchandise department to include implementation of sales plans, stocking product, pricing, signing and unit tag changes. Stores excess product in back room area. May be responsible for retrieving shopping carts, bagging customer orders and/or running register as business needs necessitate. Responsible for accurate receiving of warehouse and DSD vendor deliveries (Dexing). Assist GM / HBC Manager in adherence to CGO policies. Responsible for adhering to all corporate and state regulations regarding sanitation as it pertains to the GM / HBC department. Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least 6-12 months of related experience. Â
