The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and is based at our corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's degree preferred. 8+ years of Human Resources experience, including a minimum of 3 years focused on recruiting/talent acquisition. This position will be a leader and trainer of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction systems, processes and consistent construction methods for the Renewable Energy business unit. This position will be a supervisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the phases of engineering, planning, start-up, construction and closeout.
