Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Assist operations with billing procedure and processes
* Trouble shoot billing inquiries for local operation assistants
* Provide support to team members, customers, vendors, stakeholders and employees through friendly, professional, timely and accurate response to their inquiries
* Assist with additional billing necessary to be completed prior to team deadline
* Answer incoming calls in the office
* Communicate with our customer via phone and email
* Investigate any escalations and respond in a timely manner (3-5 days, required by contract)
* Help crews with any questions, routing work
* Sort / Send any important documents to various internal departments such as Fleet, HR, and IT
* Data Entry - entering new work orders, completing them to be invoiced without errors
* Must be proficient in Excel to create, format and update on-going spreadsheets for our utility companies
Educational & Minimum Requirements:

* Three years' clerical / administrative experience

Remote Operations Control Center (ROCC) Manager - Renewable O&M

The ROCC Manager will help build the control center that monitors and operates the renewable energy production facilities. Through building and managing a viable business plan and budget, they will design, order, and manage the facility, equipment, and personnel required for the operation of the control center. The manager will hire, train and support personnel who will facilitate day to day operations for the ROCC. This position manages and supports daily operations of the renewable energy control center. Supports reporting/settlement duties for the company's generation projects and third-party generation projects. Monitor, schedule, and manage company operations within the ROCC facility. This position ensures CIP compliance throughout the ROCC and ensures safety and reliability standards are met/exceeded.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Build out our new operations center through hiring, developing and setting strategy for the team
Oversee SCADA development and Data analytics, Customer reporting, Asset management, dispatching, trouble shooting and other efforts to help increase the productivity of the all field assets
Manage & Schedule the team that is responsible to monitor and operate solar and storage assets from our Denver, CO remote operations center with coverage 24/7 in accordance with operational protocols
Coordinate with Field Operations, Engineers, Vendors and Customers in order to operate the fleet safely and effectively
Recruit, develop and train the Remote Operations team
Manage and coach team members to meet objectives and goals
Ensure that SCADA applications and other fleet wide tools are meeting the needs of the team

Reviewing, updating and creating new strategies to ensure the accuracy of real-time power generation output
Monitor inclement weather patterns and anticipating upcoming issues due to various weather impacts

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of Remote Operations experience preferred
A high level of understanding with SCADA and Networking systems
In depth knowledge of NERC CIP requirements/regulations
Thorough knowledge of both Renewable Energy power plant operations and the equipment used within those Energy generating sites
Previous Management experience
Must communicate and collaborate well within a large team and field personnel
Must be located or willing to relocate to the Denver, CO area

The Position Proposition:
The Senior Quality Specialists are independent assessors who evaluate operation's work performance. They work independent of the operations department and provide performance data by through assessments and audits which may identify deficiencies or nonconformance with customer expectations or company policy. The Shop Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for overall shop and fleet management. The position requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage diesel technicians and automotive Technicians, maintain good morale among the team, and keep construction equipment in service. Responsibilities:
* The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for quality control, of fleet tools and supplies, timely repairs on fleet vehicles.

Project Controls Engineer (PCE) - O&M is primarily responsible for setting up jobs, training, and cross-training Field Engineers. The Project Controls Engineer is responsible for progress reporting, cost control analysis, project cost forecasting, cost, and cash flow development, change management and contingency management. Administers and coordinates the daily operations of the project site working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager. Will lead training effort of the Field Engineer job functions to ensure Primoris's processes are learned, developed, and demonstrated.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead, mentor, and develop Field Engineers.
• Participate in new job setup and oversee progress reporting, cost control analysis, project cost forecasting, change management, and contingency management.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the project stays within scope and various project-related activities.
• Train and develop Field Engineers and Project Administrators in Primoris processes and job functions.
• Track project progress and financial status, analyzing costs, efficiency, and production.
• Support Project Manager and Site Manager with change orders, project budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate project update meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the project coordination platform(s) including managing RFIs, submittals, quality documentation, project documentation, etc. by coordinating with responsible parties.

• Ensure final inventory and jobsite closeout activities are completed accurately and on time.

• Assist with permits and compliance as needed.
• Ensure drawing redlines are captured accurately and facilitate developing redlines into record drawings.
• Participate in lessons learned meetings.
• Update the project schedule weekly.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR).
• Accounting (math and record-keeping).
• Ability to give presentations to groups of up to 10 people.
• Involved with and understands 2 or more disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, e-mail) and Visio.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Inspections:
Conduct thorough inspections of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optic cables, conduit installations, and network connections, to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Perform quality control checks on equipment and materials used in the field, ensuring they meet company and customer standards.
Review project plans, blueprints, and designs to verify accuracy and ensure that all work meets industry and safety regulations.
Document inspection findings, noting any discrepancies or issues, and work with the team to address them promptly.
Safety & Compliance:
Monitor job sites to ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards, including OSHA regulations and company policies.
Identify potential hazards, take proactive steps to address safety concerns, and stop work when necessary to ensure a safe work environment.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work site, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and safe for use.

Qualifications:
