Requisition Summary
PACCAR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SOX Auditor to join our team. This position involves significant interaction with senior management within the Controller's organization, along with regular engagement with our divisions, subsidiaries, external auditors, and corporate accounting teams. The SOX Auditor will be responsible for executing PACCAR's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Program to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in public accounting or internal audit in a publicly traded company, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
* Execute and support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) procedures to ensure compliance across designated locations, entities, and divisions under the guidance of the SOX Manager.
* Assist in overseeing SOX methodology, reporting, and compliance efforts, particularly for SOX 404 compliance.
* Participate in scoping and scheduling activities related to SOX 404 compliance and contribute to timely completion of compliance efforts on an annual basis.
* Function as a point of contact for queries and address comments from external auditors.
* Collaborate with the Internal Audit group as necessary, including participating as a guest auditor or in participating as guest auditor activities. workpapers.
* Execute the remediation testing for findings.
* Assist in managing the audit management system.
* Be a champion for Accounting and Financial Reporting macro business process.
* Build effective working relationships with Finance, Accounting, and Operations stakeholders.
* Assist in other special projects that improve business processes and add value to PACCAR.
Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility.
* Big four public accounting experience and/or internal audit experience a plus.
* Experience with internal controls, SOX 404 compliance and audit management system
* Experience on working with tableau, a plus
* Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills required.
* Excellent communication skills, combined with strong analytical abilities and diligence.
* Position requires frequent coordination and negotiation with various groups from within and outside the company ranging from staff to vice president levels.
* Working knowledge of SEC rules and regulations and of internal accounting control procedures.
* Deadline-driven and initiative-taking.
* This position will require flexibility to travel
Education
* BA/BS in Accounting required
* Professional certification (such as CPA) is a plus.

This 12-week Operations internship will be based in a GM Automotive Parts warehouse and drives the operational efforts of GM's Customer Care and Aftersales organization. Job Description
The On Wing Support Technician will provide quick-turn aircraft engine maintenance, repair and field services. In the On Wing Support Technician role, you will provide engine troubleshooting, field repairs, and line maintenance while developing positive relationships with customers through outstanding customer awareness.

Essential Responsibilities:
In addition, as the On Wing Support Technician, you will:
* Perform maintenance on GE/CFM aircraft engines around the world to the highest quality standards.
* Partner with planning team and CVG inspectors to execute business-specific strategies-serve customers and win additional business.
* Understand and follow appropriate Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Engine Shop Manual procedures.
* Demonstrate required knowledge of OWS Quality Procedures, as well as FAA/EASA Part 145 requirements and procedures. Act in accordance with the site's Repair Station and Quality Control Manual and other applicable regulation/bounds.
* Perform supplementary shop and housekeeping duties as required
* Build customer relationships through good communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives.

The Role:
We are seeking Electrical Engineer Co-ops to do hands-on work that would potentially add directly to the bottom line of our culture and our company. You will have many responsibilities and accountabilities like control systems engineering and electrical support for programs. You will learn how to lead electrical projects for several different areas of the plant including operations improvements, new and replacement programs. This is a hands-on position in which you may work with periodic repairs and to provide technical support and direction to support personnel/skilled trades.

* Conducts machine failure root cause analysis and problem solving
* Utilizes statistical methods for continuous improvement on plant systems

* Develops and supervises planning timetables and projects schedules

**Compensation**
