Pros of working at PACCAR

Lots of promotion opportunities among several divisions world wide. Great atmosphere and great employees.

Cons of working at PACCAR

Vacation tops out at 4 weeks/year and shifts aren't as flexible as other companies.

Cons of working at PACCAR

Limited promotion opportunities since there is a pension plan. People stay there for many, many years. Pay is no where near competitive.
