ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: Established in 1970, Boley Centers, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization serving individuals with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, Veterans and youth in Pinellas County. Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for a full-time Overnight Residential Technician to provide overnight safety and security of the clients and facility. The Overnight Residential Technician will routinely interact with clients, monitor medications and perform routine housekeeping, record keeping and other duties. Monitors and distributes medications to clients, maintaining control of medications and completes records and reports regarding medications, i.e. controlled medication count. Provides transportation as needed. Records in appropriate logs, journals and official records, observations regarding client behavior, unusual activities/events that may be proper to communicate to other staff and other information that is deemed appropriate to ensure the safe and effective operation of the facility. Responds to crisis situations by applying verbal de-escalation/interventions appropriate to the level of the situation at hand, notifies appropriate individual and completes appropriate documentation. Validates bed days in a timely manner. Scans documentation into official records and forwards documents scanned to medical records for validation. Completes missing person reports, and related documentation, and notifies appropriate staff in a timely manner. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED required. Six months of experience working in a human services organization. 30 hours of college credits can be substituted for experience. Experience working with individuals with mental illness and some knowledge of mental illness preferred. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver's license required. Must pass a level II background check and drug screen. Job Summary The Environmental Field Laborer (Field Tech) must be able to work in compliance on various remediation and industrial maintenance projects. The Field Install Team is responsible for installing masonry and precast concrete components at various job sites, ensuring work is completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Team members work closely with masons and other trades, handling tasks such as block laying, mortar mixing, point and patchwork, and operating tools and equipment. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and flexibility to travel to different sites as needed. Job Duties: * Lay 6" and 8" block, primarily at elevator fronts in 4-story buildings. * Follow plans for wall layout and bonding. * Maintain clean work areas; perform float finishing and pointing on top courses. * Work safely on 3' scaffolding built to OSHA standards. * Lift heavy materials consistently and assist with mortar mixing. * Operate power tools, including wet cut saws. * Occasionally drive company trucks and pull 16' trailers. * Work closely with masons to maximize productivity. * Ensure all work areas and company equipment are clean and maintained. * Follow all safety guidelines at all times. * Point, patch, and rub precast concrete elements. Work Environment: * Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. * Exposure to moving machinery, electrical hazards, and noisy environments. A DAY IN THE LIFE IDEAL CANDIDATES will have an intimate understanding of oil and gas field operations (experience working in an O&G facility would be a definite asset) and have experience in performing hydrocarbon fugitive emission and /or leak detection projects. A DAY IN THE LIFE The Environmental Technician position is responsible for performing day to day inspections of components in the LDAR Program. This position will be responsible for maintaining and care of their monitoring equipment and overall maintenance of the LDAR inventory. The following list of duties are the responsibility of the Environmental Technician. Participate and be engaged in the safety culture Complete comprehensive Job Safety Analysis at their jobsite Maintain and use all required PPE Perform and document calibration of monitoring instrument as required Perform and document calibration-precision test and response time test as required Perform and document field inspections accurately, safely and efficiently Document on leak tag completely and accurately for all leaks found Hang inventory tags and re-hang fallen inventory tags Document and report any tag maintenance and inventory discrepancies found in the field Document Management of Change and assist to maintain the accuracy of field inventories Perform and document drift assessments, where applicable Participate in training for career development, safety and maintaining required certifications Perform any other duties assigned by client or project manager(s) Organizational Core Competencies: Perform all duties with integrity, safety and a professional mentality Promote a positive and inclusive work/team environment Communicate all program deficiencies and improvements Report all non-conforming work Ensure effective communication Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and good judgment when dealing with sensitive company, personnel and client information Foster collaboration and communication Education Requirements: High School diploma required at minimum, preference given to applicants with an associates or bachelors degree in science related or environmental programs.
