They have some really toxic people working there. Unless you get in their ‘clique’ you might have an issue with a peaceful work day. It’s all who ya know, coming in from the outside to work there is rare. Work is hectic and makes days go by fast but you will constantly have deliveries go wrong and lies that have to be made to customers. No work life balance unless you force yourself to take. Their mission statement could not be farther from the truth of what transpires there.
